OUR JOURNEY
In late September of 2021, our first piece of Bolivar land was purchased with the goal of creating the Villas at Rollover Bay community. After breaking ground in May of 2022, the 52 houses sold out in just 3 short months. We saw immediate proof there was a need for high-quality and cost-effective homes for both local residents and part-time residents of the Bolivar Peninsula community.
Located just a few miles West of the Villas at Rollover Bay lies the Villas at Bolivar, which offers a similar concept with a unique Crystal Beach twist. The development offers newly constructed homes from 1-3 bedrooms, situated less than 1,000 yards from the Gulf beach. The Villas at Bolivar site sits on US 87, directly across the street from both the Crystal Beach Golf Course and the Margaritaville Resort, Crystal Beach. We predict the start date to fall in June of 2023.
